Challenge

After the failure of #BigBillionDay it was a challenge for Flipkart to re-establish a positive image. It was necessary for Flipkart to be known for positive reasons. Also, it was important to make people familiar with app-only shopping experience.

Insight

Incentivised twitter influencers to create a chatter around #BigAppShoppingDays and seed positive sentiments. Created a backup mechanism to drown the negative chatter around the brand and devised tactical activities to ensure the sale period didn’t see any negative reaction to the brand.
